Check when your license starts and ends
Short answer: Open the StagePlayer Library and look at the top right of your show: it says Watermarks Removed on (during rehearsal) or Access Expires on (during the license period). You can also see the dates in your Broadway Media account under Digital Rentals.
Where to look
| Place | What you'll see |
|---|---|
| StagePlayer → Library, top right of your show | "Watermarks Removed on [date]" or "Access Expires on [date]" |
| broadwaymedia.com → your account → Digital Rentals | Your rental and its license dates |
How the dates work
- Rehearsal material is available from two days after ordering.
- The license period is four weeks by default, ending with your final performance. It can be extended a week at a time (bought in advance from Broadway Media).
- When the license period begins, watermarks are removed automatically.
- When it ends, access ends automatically.
