Change your license dates

Short answer: Sign in at broadwaymedia.com, open Digital Rentals, click the click here link to request a change, enter your correct performance start and end dates, and click Submit Request. Broadway Media reviews the request. Once approved, sign out of StagePlayer and back in to see the new dates.

Applies to: Broadway Media scenery in StagePlayer 2.x · Last reviewed: October 17, 2026

License dates are set by Broadway Media, so date changes are a Broadway Media request.

Steps

  1. Go to broadwaymedia.com and sign in.
  2. Open the Digital Rentals tab.
  3. Click click here in the date-change message.
  4. Enter your correct performance start and end dates.
  5. Click Submit Request.
  6. When you get the approval email, sign out of StagePlayer and sign back in.

Before you request

  • Moving your performance dates in a way that changes the license period can count as a cancellation under Broadway Media's cancellation policy. See Purchases, refunds and cancellations.
  • Extensions are bought in advance, one week at a time.
  • If no approval email arrives within two days, contact Broadway Media at hello@broadwaymedia.com.
