Give team members access: Admins and Users

Short answer: Add people to your Broadway Media organization. Admins (up to 4) can manage the account and rentals and sign in with their own email and password. Users (up to 25) can only run the production's content; they get an emailed Access Key and don't need an account. Add them at broadwaymedia.com → your account → Organizations.

Applies to: StagePlayer 2.x and Broadway Media accounts · Last reviewed: October 17, 2026

Good to know

  • Each person can have the show on one device at a time.
  • Student and school email addresses sometimes block outside mail. If an invitation doesn't arrive, try a different address.
  • Access Key users see a "logged in as a visitor" banner in the Library. That's expected. See Visitor banner in the Library.
