Disable, re-enable or reset content
Short answer: To hide content you won't use, open Show Settings → Edit Cues, open the three-dot menu on the act, scene or cue, and choose Disable. Disabled items leave the cue sheet in Present mode and the remaining cues are renumbered. Choose Enable to bring them back, or click Reset in the Library to restore the whole show.
You can't delete scenery from a package, but disabling hides it completely during the show.
Disable
- Show Settings → Edit Cues.
- Hover over the act, scene or cue and open its three-dot menu.
- Choose Disable.
- Click Save or Save & Exit.
Re-enable
Same steps, choose Enable.
Reset the whole show
In the Library, click Reset on the show. This restores the original settings and removes all your edits.
Placeholder cues (for example Dear Evan Hansen)
Some packages include placeholder cues for custom content plus ready-made alternatives. Disable whichever version you're not using.
Don't confuse with Delete
Delete in the Library removes the downloaded show from this computer and discards your edits. See Use StagePlayer on a different computer.
